At the party he was overheard offering a female reality tv host (#2) increasing amounts of money to sleep with him that night. At one point the offer was $20K. She declined everytime and said she was faithful to her very talented celebrity significant other (#3)

But the celebrity significant other is described as “very talented”. That rules out Lachey.

What about Russell Brand for no 1 – it sounds just up his street, and he can claim it was just a joke.
Wasn’t he just on “Chelsea Lately”? So Russell Brand for no. 1; Chelsea Handler for no. 2; and she’s dating Ted Harbert, CEO of Comcast (would that qualify for talented celebrity?)
Maybe, but Chelsea Handler would probably have more fun with that. From what I’ve seen on her show, she’d probably jokingly agree.
Or ask for a ridiculous amount of money. She’d bargain for it.
