Not many clues here. My top two guesses:
1. Taylor Swift (22-year-old country singer/actress): Unlucky in love. Her relationships have ended pretty quickly, so it’s possible that she’s still a virgin.
2. Keke Palmer (18-year-old actress/R&B singer): Comes from a traditional family, and I’ve never heard anything negative about her. Has been quietly dating an older (22y) non-celebrity guy for a year or more now, but I can see her still being a virgin

I think it’s Taylor Momsen. She mentioned once that she takes sex very seriously. She would be more surprising and blind-item worthy than most of the others listed here.
