[CDAN] This deception is almost movie worthy. You have a foreign born B list actress and singer who is barely known here in the US but is A list back home and has had some very interesting boyfriends in the past. Their previous choices makes you wonder how she ended up with them. Anyway, her part of the deception was simple. She found a former A list tweener and convinced him she was in like with him. He even got to fool around with her once or twice.
On the other side of the equation is a former almost A list singer. Now you feel like the singer is not far from playing casinos and state fairs. Anyway, our singer is married to a reality star and has been for quite some time. There are kids involved. So, we have the foreign born star and the singer and they have been together for about six months. The thing is they can never go anywhere when she is in LA and have to really sneak around and use her friend’s apartments even with her pretending to be the girlfriend of the former A list tweener. Now though they will have several weeks together alone while they film a new show out of the country. They are going to use this time to decide if the final cut should be made and the singer can move on with the foreign born star.

I’d like to add a man might go very willingly, but please don’t imply that it is the wife’s/significant other’s fault. Sometimes when people get married and have kids, they find that they can’t handle being responsible or being a parent, or being faithful. It also doesn’t help when everything in society spews the message that women are playthings and men can take their pick like they’re at a candy store. The sad thing is when people betray/wound each other in this way, they are unwittingly contributing to the blanket of cynicism and hatred in the world. Why? Because no one can feel they can trust each other and no one can believe they can count on anything. The world just gets filled up with angry people.
Oh and as far as Richie yelling a lot, or any woman in general… I really don’t know how people still expect women today to be some kind of delicate flower when the world shows them that they have to stand up and fight for themselves… especially when being dicked over, taken advantage of, etc because it’s perfectly acceptable for everyone to do whatever they want. Why would a woman want to be treated that way. Why would a man? Magnify this idea a bunch of times and no wonder this world is out of control. No one cares enough about anything except trying to yell louder to be ‘heard’ and get the last strike in. It’s so ridiculous. I feel sorry for the kids today who are taught that this is the way to relate to one another.

I was being incredibly sarcastic in my post referring to the Kerry’s husband as being “loyal & faithful” (when he NEVER was) and to Nicole’s husband as “adoring and itching to marry Nicole” (when he NEVER was). That is most definitely the fault of the HUSBAND.

A woman living in North America of sufficient means doesn’t like being treated as a plaything/used for sex/cheated on? She can leave. Does she think yelling will change her man’s behavior? Does she think yelling will change anyone’s behavior?
Why doesn’t she just leave? Oh, she’s afraid of being alone? Yeah, that’s her own fault and I don’t feel sorry for her.
Anyone who cries “oh woe is me please help me I am a victim” and *yells* to try to change this behavior when she has more than sufficient means to leave and is perfectly capable of leaving? Please. I feel sorry for the kids today who are taught that *this* is the way to relate to one another.

My only problem with this is that I wouldn’t consider being married for a year and two months “quite some time” (Nicole and Joel married in Dec. 2010). And I wouldn’t call him an A List singer, but part of a former A List band. But I’m probably being too picky about the description!

Agreed about Delta and the Jonas boy, but this is definitely about Heidi and Seal. The clue is “the final cut”. Heidi and Seal are separated, but neither has made the final decision to go forward with the divorce. They keep saying things like “We’ll have to see how we really feel” and such. Seal even went so far as to say he wasn’t sure he wanted to stay married to this “amazing woman”. At least Heidi can move back into the house now that he is out of country.
I still think it’s Seal and Heidi – she did the Runway Model competition show – and Seal just took off his ring in Australia…

Heidi is the host of Project Runway, so it would still not make her a reality STAR but rather a reality show HOST.
And I saw the articles about Seal arriving in Australia without his wedding ring. I think this is more, because, Heidi made it clear that she is going forward with the divorce. And she wasn’t too happy about him making the rounds and talking about the split at all talk shows.
If you go back to the blind from BG (linked right below the new blind text) it talks about 3 famous showbiz families being affected: family of her fake boyfriend, family of her real boyfriend, and family of the cheated on wife/mother/significant other.
Seal does not have a famous showbiz family, neither his biological nor his adoptive family is famous or in show business.
Heidi also isn’t from a famous show business family. Yes her father is involved in her business side, but that came through her success.
And the clues in the BG text “its good for the girl, good for the guy” was taken as a clue for Good Charlotte. Because, how is otherwise a father and husband cheating on his wife and the mother of his children a good thing. And in the case of Seal and Heidi with regard to the “its good for the guy”, can’t really find a way to make that fit for Seal, and for Seal to go from Heidi to Delta Goodrem…. can’t see the good in that at all, especially with the cute kids involved.

Though the Joel and Nicole guess is popular for this blind, I really think Seal and Heidi fit far better (unfortunately, as I’ve heretofore liked them both). Joel Madden is not a former A-list singer and has not been married to Nicole for what anyone would term ‘quite some time’. However, Seal has been putting out hit singles since I was a wee baby (“Crazy”, anyone?) and has been married to Heidi almost seven years.
Frankly, I don’t buy their insistence that cheating wasn’t the cause of their sudden split (I mean, these are two people who remarry and have a child almost every year). I think sure, Seal has a bad temper but Heidi always dealt with it – but when she discovered he was ALSO cheating, that had to have been it for her. And I think the timing of the trial period between Seal and Delta would give Heidi enough of a ‘cushion’ to deny that Delta had been involved in the demise of her marriage. As a businessperson with a career, I doubt Heidi would want Seal’s cheating to become a talking point and make her more of a tabloid regular than a cover girl. And Seal probably figures he owes it to her to save her that embarrassment (Left for a younger woman! All her friends were right; Heidi was slumming it with Seal!); she’s the mother of his children, after all. Poor Heidi
