BlindGossip – Which Golden Globes nominee bad-mouthed the winner in their category? This actor was very gracious before the awards, publicly complimenting the others in their category. But when they had too much to drink at an after-party, their true feelings came out. They complained a little too loudly that if the award was given on the basis of true talent rather than politics, that he/she would have most certainly been declared the winner.
Robert Downey Jr? He seemed kind of douchy when he was being interviewed on the red carpet.

Tom Cruise. I heard he was really pissed when Ledger posthumously won. He immediately dashed out the backed door with his Scilon goons when Katie arrived for the after-party from NYC. They barely stayed 30 minutes. Note in the pics he seems really on edge.
Since alcohol was involved I don’t think its Brangelina or Tom Cruise. I’m thinking the Perv.
DUH Angelina. This is so obvious, I knew it in the first sentence. Angelina is such a HATER. Just look at the way she looked at Anne Hathaway at the Critics Choice (or whatever that show was on vh1) She grilled her so enviously. And now at the Golden Globes when Kate Winslet won instead of her she was pissed!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA glas for her, shes a bitch!
I think it’s kind of obvious that it ws one of the ones up against heath ledger..his performance was amazing though and he is going to win a lot for the joker post humously.

Robert Downey Jr. was the one who looked pissed when Heath won last night and Brad Pitt usually tries to act like he doesn’t care about the awards. PFFF So, I think it’s one of those two guys.

You guys have it all wrong! This is Steve Carell! Brangelina was on best behavior last night knowing that all eyes would be on them and the Tropic Thunder boys were excited just to be nominated. Steve seemed chatty beforehand and afterward was short and pissed off. Furthermore, they brought up the politic thing where 30 Rock has an extreme liberal bias and the foreign press eats that up. 30 Rock won best comedy and shouldn’t have and Steve was pissed about it. He also did not win any award at all nor did The Office. If people want to Praise Tina Fey for her Sarah Palin impersonation then do so, but don’t award a show that sucks so many awards when it doesn’t deserve it.
Tom Cruise is a good guess. It wouldn’t surprise me if it was him.
Not the Piv. Associated Press said he drank water all night. I hope it wasn’t Steve Carell cause he’s known to be a nice guy. I say Tom Cruise. He lost to a guy who (accidently I think) overdosed on drugs and we all know he is an anti-drug guy.

Gina makes a good point. I dont think the politics comment was regardiing supporting actor. Its hard to argue Keith didnt deserve that award, dead or not..he acted his ass off.
I think maybe Angelina. Kate Winslet never wins anything so maybe Angelina thought they gave Kate the award because it was politically correct to give it to her since she never wins, not because of her acting skills.

The cues here are “after drinking” and “politics.” That means all of those people everyone seems to want to twist and bend to make fit are out of the equation.

Was Alec Baldwin nominated? he is always winging about something and he looks like the type to get loose lipped after a few drinks. He is also very vocal about politics. Wait, you guys have it wrong. Its an actress. Not the 30 rock win..but the best actress in a musical or comedy. Tina Fey won (the show is good..shes not the best actress)..so its one of the other nominees.

I am with Gina, your suggestion fits in with all the pieces. I would rule out Cruise, Pitt, Jolie and all the big stars. They are Hollywood professionals who know the rules, i.e. you don’t badmouth colleagues or the industry publicly, and you avoid appearing as a bitter loser. Well, at least that is my outsider’s idea of the whole thing!
… even if drunk, i should add!! that’s how self-controlled cruise et al are.
