Okay, well, I’ve been silently lurking on Blind Gossip for quite awhile now, rarely ever commenting, and the constant barrage of various blind guesses over time really had me believing that CLOONEY was indeed gay.
However… I want to add my 2cents worth, so that maybe this tidbit might persuade people, clooney could actually be straight!! omg.
Last week, I was chatting with a co-worker who asked me whether a star I had worked with on a series was an A-hole as she had heard. – and I told her that he was pretty decent to me, and I had never had prob with him on-set. Then, of course, it switched to “is he as big a sex dog as rumored,” and I replied I didn’t know about recent years, but he did get the reputation as the “Warren Beatty of the 80/90s” as far as bedding women went. (look – a blind of my own)
Anyway, this co-worker (who knows nothing about the assertion that Clooney was gay) said that she had worked on ER for years, and Clooney could’ve had the same moniker as he had definitely gotten around with almost all of the female staff of that show, and she had first-hand accounts of the encounters. – She did say that he was completely cool though, and there was always an understanding that it was just gonna be a ‘fun hookup’ with no strings attached. Of course, the women were fine with that.
I was surprised to hear the info, and told her how everyone on BG thinks he’s really gay. She just laughed at my comment, SO maybe he’s switched sides, whatever, but atleast back he was “Just a TV star” he was dipping into the female side of the gene pool. No bearding needed.

I loved your story Hlyweird21! Please continue to post here. I lurk most often myself too unless I have something to say. I have no Hollywood insight myself and welcome any crumbs of information. Let’s face it – no one really knows what goes on behind anyone’s closed doors and we are all just speculating. We are adult enough (I thought anyways) to use info to come up with our own opinions – this is all in fun afterall.
Interesting story. I always thought that he was gay. But, I also think that everyone is gay. Not that there’s anything wrong with that*….
I still find it curious how someone telling you that Clooney having had hetero hookups makes him automatically straight.

Just who wishes Clooney to be bisexual? That suggestion is as silly as this blind.
There are many leading men and women who are BI and it’s no secret in the industry. That makes then both heterosexual and homosexual, thus the “bi”.
Unfortunately, the majority of the ticket/dvd/brand-buying public have a problem with that, hence the beards and merkins.
BTW, I don’t care if you’re a shill or not. Celeb camps post on gossip sites all the time, part of the job. What I do have a problem with is the need to categorize sexuality as either gay or straight.

As for your problem of “the need to categorize sexuality as either gay or straight,” I thought my anecdote was an attempt to soften the whole straight/gay argument as well.
I don’t usually need to categorize sexuality either. I have friends of all sexual persuasions. Some of them classify themselves as gay, and would never consider being with a member of the opposite sex. A couple of them have admitted that they have been with ‘a beard-sexually’ purely to help them in situations. Those that enjoy both sexes tell me they are ‘bi.’ I can only relate what I’ve learned from them.
The incident I spoke of was to help show those on here who adamantly claim “Clooney is gay so there’s NO way he’s having sex with a woman/Keibler” that, well, maybe they’re a little uninformed in that area. Atleast my co-worker’s story, which I believe, wasn’t some sort of publicity stunt at the time. It doesn’t make sense (to me) that by bedding multiple crew members would help further his reputation at that time – seems like a very round-about, wasted effort on his part.
That’s why I put forth the “bi’ label. Here was proof (sort of) that he enjoyed sex with woman. I have yet to read a ‘real’ account that he has actually hooked up with men beyond just someone’s speculation. If there was, I missed it. sorry. I just wanted suggest he shouldn’t be given this “gay” label if stories might show otherwise.

Sounds like Clooney but he never goes to Lisa’s charity funtions, it’s mostly Ben Affleck that turns up. Clooney usually just donates a prize for their raffle, one year it was a week at his Villa in Mexico. I think the Enquirer knows one of Lisa’s fundraisers is coming up and made a non-story about Clooney being schedules to appear just to make trouble, when he doesn’t turn up they will say ‘told ya so’ and make out he ditched the kids for his flavour of the month.
Everything about this blind screams Clooney so much, you’d expect that if you flipped it over, you’d find his publicist’s name stamped on the back.
