They want to quit their current project (which is not going well); they complained about how effing phony everyone is; they hate getting their photo taken; they want their family to stop trying to control them; they’re not enjoying life in the fast lane; they don’t like flying solo; and they’re upset that their sibling (who is also famous) is caught up in a fake PR relationship. Yes, there certainly was a lot of gut-spilling going on!
One of their friends tried to comfort them/shut them up, but they just kept yelling and complaining. “You don’t understand! They are sucking the life out of me! I don’t want this anymore! I’m going into complete hiding so no one can find me!” Well, except on Twitter, where they continue to pretend that everything is just great.

I thought Solange too initially. She said she’d be releasing a new album in 2010/11 but it’s yet to surface and having been dropped and trying to go ‘indie’ (with possible financing of her project from her ‘DJ’ endeavours), it may not be prospering like she assumed. Also, she does fit the frame well of the ‘sister with fake PR relationship’ point.
However, I’m not sure about the ‘family trying to control her’ (not to mention ‘living life in the fast lane’ and having her picture snapped) given that the Knowleses don’t really regard or involve her anyway and only do so when they want to exhibit familial intimacy to the press.

I was thinking him when I read ‘fast lane’ because his album he released recently is called Fast Life, and everything sounds like him except the “They want to quit their current project” because I don’t know of any project he’s doing.
I think he wants to give this solo project a rest because his record company messed it up really badly. It could have done a lot better. It’s a good album, honestly. Very good. But his record company and management only know how to market teen stars to Disney Channel viewers. They don’t know what to do with an adult artist who has mature content not written for teens and tweens. I understand why he would be upset. He worked so hard and they took it and ruined it by inappropriate and substandard, incorrectly targeted PR and promo. He’s a good guy and very talented. He deserved better.

Hate to say it, but definitely agree with the Joe Jonas guess- he has been partying a lot, and not only is his album titled “Fast Lane”, but back in the days of the Jonas Brothers they used the expression in a couple of their songs, including one called “Keep It Real”. Other clues seem to add up too, including Nick and Delta, his failed “flying solo” career, the partying, the phoney people (Wilmer? Demi? Taylor? Ashley? the list could continue), and his family trying to control his life… Mama and Papa Jonas were known for being very in tune with the boys.

the clues would all point to Joe Jonas, I doubt this is a Kardashian or Miley. Joe is a bit of a lost soul, he doesn’t sing very well, never really played any instruments well, and never really could act, and can’t seem to keep a girlfriend. He is a really nice guy tho, I’ve met him a few times.

I agree, but the tweet refrence dident throw me off. Joe’s last tweet was “Life Rules,” and then “Great Relaxing Weekend Ready For The Week.” or something like that. So in his tweets he is playing it like everything is fine and dandy.
would like to point out though that every time he does post on twitter lately it is things like ‘life rules’, ‘excited for the weekend’, and ‘what a great night!’. it’s not the same joe-like tweets from the Jonas days.
As much as I hate to admit it, this actually sounds like Joe. I’m a huge fan of his and it breaks my heart to admit that this could be him. But its been obvious. The fans on Twitter treat him like crap, fans meaning his own, Jonas fans, and Demi Lovato fans. His solo project didn’t go as well as anyone planned, thanks to his label not promoting it at all and his own family barely showing any support. The focus in that family is on Nick. Kevin Sr is always tweeting about how he’s so proud of Nick and Joe gets nothing. The fans want Nick or the band, or nothing at all. They supported Nick through his solo project but not Joe. Denise never went to a single one of Joe’s shows, but the whole family went to many of Nick’s shows. Joe pretty much gets kicked to the side while Nick is made to be the perfect child in the family. I really hope Joe continues to do his solo work because he deserves nothing but the best, and he’s more talented than people assume he is.

5. “they don’t like flying solo” = most likely talking about his solo project and touring by himself but also a song mention (Fly with me).
6. “they’re upset that their sibling (who is also famous) is caught up in a fake PR relationship.” = it doesn’t say if this person has more than one sibling (also, it can be either a woman or a man), but if this unknown person IS Joe, then the sibling would be Nick. He is dating Delta Goodrem, a 28 year old Australian singer. I think this is Khloe Kardashian for a number of reasons…I think her current project is the Khloe and Lamar in Dallas spinoff (or actually moving to Dallas itself??), phony is obviously reference to Kim and everyone who fawns round her, the controlling family is obviously Mama Jenner (and all of the paternity issues, etc). I think life in the fast lane and flying solo are tied together; i don’t see flying solo as being single, i see it as that she’s moved away from her family properly for the first time and is “flying solo” in that respect. Also life in the fast lane could be all of the negative backlash and bad publicity the Kardashian’s have recieved lately? Also sibling wise, for some reason I thought of Brody Jenner and Avril Lavigne, who’ve just split up…
