Desperate Housewives is not an “ensemble kids show.”
I’m thinking something from Nickelodeon or Disney Channel.

This was my first thought as well, but I don’t think DH is really an ‘ensemble kids show.’
This is awful for whoever it is. People not spending time with her because she isn’t as thin as the other cast mates? That’s just gross. And the network telling her that she can’t make changes to her body if she wants to [even though the reasons might be somewhat misplaced - wanting to fit in] because it ‘fits her character’? Ugh.
Anyway, having their thumb completely under their cast mates almost sounds like something Disney would do. I kinda looked around to see what ensemble shows were on [both Disney and Nickelodeon, to be fair] and I found a new show with a girl that’s bigger than her cast-mates. It literally just premiered, however. :/ The description for the character says that she has no motivation and, because of this, her jobs change daily [I'm not saying bigger people have no motivation - I know that to be very much the opposite! But that might be the reason the network is saying it 'fits her character' - losing weight shows that she was motivated to do *something* which wouldn't be in line with her character, who isn't motivated at all].
So I’m going to go with it..

This is honestly what bothers me the most about this blind. That, and the pressure to stay big because it “fits her character”. There’s so much fatphobia, it’s disgusting. Also being fat=/= being unhealthy, unlike what this blind suggests.

Hmm… I guess my only guess would be Amber Riley, but calling Glee a kids show is stretching it.
Since my 7 year old watches Disney all the time, my guess is Raini Rodriguez from Ally & Austin. I have never watched the show, just see commercials all the time but she always seems to stick out from the rest of the cast. With that being said, that sucks she feels like an outcast.
Could it be Raini Rodriguez on the Disney Channel show Austin & Ally? She’s a bigger girl, and her character is supposed to be sort of lazy and unmotivated, so I could see the producers wanting her to stay overweight…it IS Disney after all. The only thing is it’s a relatively new show so I don’t know if the cast members have really known each other long enough have started dating and having social gatherings off-set, but who knows. She’s also the older sister of Rico Rodriguez, who plays Manny on Modern Family. He was my original guess for this blind, but Modern Family, while it is an ensemble show, certainly isn’t a kids show.
It’s def Raini Rodriguez from Austin & Ally. Ravin Goodwin from Good Luck Charlie is a good guess, but there are less eligible people to date on that show than on A&A, bc GLC is more of an ensemble cast. Also, the GLC cast is always saying how close they are in interviews.

Im pretty sure America Ferrera was allowed to wear a fat suit for Ugly Betty when she, wisely, lost weight during the run of the show. Let this girl do the same, if need be…
