“Star” in the loosest sense of the word…
There really weren’t many guys on The Hills that could be considered “stars” of the show. The only ones on the cast list are Spencer, Justin Bobby, Frankie and Brody. Jason isn’t on it.
My guess is Justin Bobby or Frankie.
After posting this, I actually looked up who Frankie is (I had no clue), and it’s DEFINITELY him.
