I put Bruce in their because “honcho” is an unusual word choice and means “Boss” in espanol.

Duh! Judging by the picture of a guitar I reckon it’s a musician who slept with his male boss back in the day and I choose Bruce “The Boss” Springsteen since “honcho” means Boss in Spanish.

I’m super-late, but the way this is worded it strongly suggests a person who now heads his own label (honcho) but at one time was a singer (get a record deal). Does Bruce have his own label? If not, that seems to disqualify him to me. Jay-Z or Diddy, though, highly possible.
P-Diddy & Andree Hurrell is the boss
