It’s one of the Kims. Kim Richards is probably too brain-fogged to do any promotion. Kim Z. is just too much of a diva to do it. (Oh, the stuff she put Kandy through on that bus tour!)
I did not get the impression that ‘promote’ the show meant ‘write a blog’. Doing talk shows, appearing on the national tour, attending other Bravo events that is promotion. My guess is Sonia Morgan who thinks she is too good to do that kind of stuff.
