He writes his own material along with her wife, Fran Walsh. He doesn’t use scripts written by someone else.

I’m going out on a limb with Quentin Tarantino…the dialogue and violence in his movies are very self-indulgent, so perhaps he is as well. He also seems very high energy, so I can see him not wanting to invest a great deal of time in a side project such as this…even though he committed to it.
