They most likely filmed themselves, and the tape got in the wrong hands – evidently. This is very disturbing to me. If they didn’t know each other and then met as grown-ups, then I know that these kind of feelings can occur (for instance siblings being split up and adopted by different people, then ending up as partners when they meet again as adults). But, if they knew each other, then there is no other explanation than some serious psychological issues.

There is also evidence that (sad as it is) on occasion when adult sons are reunited with their biological mother, the intensity of reunion/abandonment/guilt can lead to a sexual relationship. And for this particular dynamic, for those who think ‘Ewww gross,’ it’s important to recognize that it’s a psychological phenomenon that has happened.
Anyone remember that story floating around the interwebs a while ago; it was about an Austrailian (I think) guy who was adopted as a child then reunited with his biological grandmother as an adult and they began a romantic relationship? No point to that, Ginger’s comment made me think of it.
