[BlindGossip] This diva had a little too much to drink at a recent Halloween party. She was fine until someone brought up the name of another female artist. Our diva began mocking her rival. When someone made the mistake of coming to the rival’s defense, our diva went ballistic, and started screaming at them: “That b*tch destroyed my career! Don’t you ever, EVER mention her name in front of me again!” The defender backed off, and everyone else gave the diva a wide berth for the rest of the evening.

Meme, Injoy, I think you’re both on to something. Christina has worn hundreds of outfits, the first two in this pic are reminiscent of ones she’s showcased in a couple of her videos. I suspect that if one were to go through a catalog of past get-up or even song themes, one would find a match to all six of the above.
(Case in point, she had a salor outfit on in her Candy Man video which may make the pirate outfit relevant.)
I could almost go with this, but doesn’t Christina have a number one hit with Adam Levine right now. I would find it hard to say my career is destroyed with a number one hit currently on the charts. I am leaning more towards the Carey/Lopez guess below. Afterall, Lopez snagged the Idol gig from Carey…supposedly.
She may have a number one hit right now but her last album tanked and her film was pretty roundly reviled.

Nicky, clearly, has a “wide berth” and Pink just recently “gave birth”. Torn.
I definitely think it’s X-Tina and Gaga. Right around the time “Just Dance” came out, Christina was trying to revamp her career and even had a similar look (platinum straight hair, bangs, futuristic-y outfits). Gaga came along and kept one-upping her in the looks and vocal departments and then Christina had to go and do Burlesque.
In the vocal department? Imho, Christina has one of the BEST voices in the industry.

Just jumping in to say that I really don’t think this is Christina, although the Christina/Gaga answer is the easiest one. Christina’s career has suffered but is far from ruined, and I don’t think Christina would see it that way, either. She’s still a respected singer, and is on a hit TV show. I agree that a lot hinges on her next album, but she’s still got a lot going for her.
