Yep…gotta be.
My very first thought as well! I’m so disappointed with Julie and her actions. From what I’ve gathered from other blinds she thinks he * doesn’t stink. I watched “The Talk” for it’s first season with Leah and Holly but without them it wasn’t entertaining.
Sharon Osbourne cannot carry the entire show. *Fail*
Julie’s ego is way too big now that she is married to LM. She did the same thing on the Early Show. The Talk is not the same now that Lea and Holly are gone. The show sucks big time!

This has to tie in with the recent piece about the woman on a gabshow whose husband ran the show and who was firing all of her cohosts. Now, if I could only remember her name – the article came from this site! Ah, Julie Chen, that’s it!
Worthless Julie Chen and “The Talk”. She has slept her way to everything Les Moonves has given her. What a no-talent waste of airtime.
I agree. She is the Chenbot. SO boring and almost frumpy at times. DULL DULL DULL.

Some background for my above-guess:

Something tells me that Julie’s show won’t last long with that sort of an attitude, whether her name gets put on it or not. Did it not occur to her when firing 3 cohosts that some viewers might actually like – and miss – them?
I know. People like that are so smug. I used to work with a woman like that who kept going on and on about “My husband is so powerful and he loves me so much and he bought me a house with an indoor pool.” “My husband bla bla bla”. It got so that no one wanted to be around her. And this woman I’m talking about, she’s not looking so good.
Julie Chen still looks good but there are SO MANY better looking women out there. And Les Moonves has shown himself to be the kind of man…. I’m just saying. Julie Chen should be careful & not alienate so many people unjustifiably. She may need them some day.
Agreed. Hollywood seems like a small pond with a lot of big fish that constantly run into one another. I think her antics will set the tone for future jobs she may have, especially if her husband isn’t there to protect her.
Uh…Julie Chen is plastic, inside and out.
By all reports from the stage hand who’ve worked with her, Julie Chen is really nice person. She might might get shows because she’s the bosses wife, but she never threatens anyone with being the bosses wife.
I’d say rumors about her are more sour grapes than anything else.

Julie Chen has the HIGHEST of friends in high places with her husband but would she really be able to do this with the other women on THE TALK too, many of which are more famous than she is? Most shows though, the host IS the title so not many to choose from. THE VIEW….? Is Barbara or Whoopi in the title?

My gut tells me it is Julie Chen, especially seeing that she has been known to use her husband (CBS chief) to move up the network ladder.
My first thought was Today with Kathy Lee.
