Harvey is an attorney and so are a few of his staff so I doubt they’d risk losing their law licenses.
Stupid question, but at the end of every show they have a pic of Harvey that seems to be a mug shot of Harvey in pretty big disarray and they say “I’m a lawyer” while they show it his pic. I always assumed that meant that Harvey has been arrested at least once in his lifetime. Is that not true? Just tried to google and couldn’t find any mention of it. Perhaps it’s a joke and I’m just not “getting it.”
I like the Levin guess for boozy, cocaine laden hacking. (Really, Next, I’m NOT stalking you!) But I have NO IDEA what “showbiz desk” means. Could this have something to do with the recent British phone hacking scandal that has something to do with Murdoch?

These blinds are very specifically British. Clearly, the NOTW showbiz team. Their former editor died of a drugs overdose a few weeks back.

Yep – Sean Hoare – had his own Showbiz gossip page in the News of the World. He was the one who revealed the whole sorry phone hacking affair. Apparently, there were no suspicious circumstances around his death but it is odd!
I don’t think it’s the NOTW. Although you’re right about Sean Hoare’s recent death, I think he was more of a scandal reporter than a showbiz columnist. The NOTW showbiz column has been filled by Dan Wootton most recently, and his predecessor was Rav Singh. I’m not convinced either really fits.
The other Popbitch blinds are all pointing towards Trinity Mirror papers, so I say the 3AM Girls. However, as an alternative, I guess the Sun’s Bizarre column might also fit.
