CDAN – This A list movie actor who probably should not be A based on his most recent track record at the box office, was at dinner two nights ago. A waitress came to his table which he was sharing with two women and another guy. After taking the drink order, the waitress said someone else would deliver it because she was going on break. Now, the person who told me this, was there, and did not see any eye contact or anything between the actor and the waitress that was out of the ordinary. However, as soon as the waitress walked away, our actor got up and followed. He came back 20 minutes later. His companions asked where he had been and he said that he took a break with the waitress and later expanded by saying the waitress serviced him orally in her car.
I could totally see Jeremy Piven doing this but he’s probably not A list so I’ll say Gerard Butler instead. He’s just as skeevy

Feedthebirds, my inflection was lost on the screen. By “should we choose to distribute some” I was saying, if we shall be choosing to distribute some scorn in this situation. I wasn’t asking if it’s something we *should* be doing as opposed to not. For the record, I agree with you. Being “adults” they CAN do whatever they want. But that also means the actor doesn’t deserve any more or less criticism than the waitress does. What if the actor is single and the waitress has a boyfriend? Is the actor still the scuzz in this story?

IMHO none of them deserves any criticism at all, because as far as we know, none of them did anything wrong.

Yinyang, a server has to go on break after a certain number of hours or the employer gets penalized. They pretty much force you off the floor. Other servers cover for you while you’re gone.
So, anyway, I’m getting on the Kutcher train. He seems arrogant enough to 1) accept the random BJ and 2) brag about it afterward to his table. Grody.
I don’t know many restaurants that actually follow rules about breaks, most servers (including myself) can only grab a quick 5-minute break when it’s slow or all of your tables are good for the moment (unless you are a bad server and don’t care about these things, like this waitress apparently). She’s probably one of those sad aspiring actress girls that think that they can break into the business by servicing celebrities.
That being said.. I’d go with Butler.. he seems very full of himself and I just get that sleazy vibe from him..
