BuzzFoto – This is an quirky sort of blind that we’ve been sitting on for a while, but why not? An A List actor in the 90′s was once told by a specialist hired as a joke by his friends that if he mixed crushed-up butterfinger candy bars with buttermilk and made it into a paste it would take away acne scars and blemishes. He put it on his face every day for a year until his friends finally confessed the joke. 522

Some of these people have more money than sense.
And some of them don’t even have the money that you think they have…
brad pit
ha! Was just going to post this.
Brad Pitt? Val Kilmer?
Who else had acne?
Pitt always is A list but Kilmer is a nice guess
Bill Murray? James Woods?
I think this might be Christian Slater. He had acne for sure, and he was riding the teen hearthrob vibe in the early 90s (Heathers was ’88).
Ohh I like this guess.
Brad Pitt for the win!
But Brad is still A list. This has to be someone who has fallen from A list stature.
Not necessarily — the blind is worded ambiguously by saying “An A List actor in the 90′s,” but you can read that as an actor that was A List in the 90s, an A List actor that was pranked in the 90s, or both.
Agreed – could be A-list in the 90s or today. Plus, even though he comes across (or tries) as being wordly and somewhat intelligent – I don’t think he is. And I think he was kinda a dumb hick back then (Sorry Brad!)
Oh he was a dumb hick for sure…his character in Thelma and Louise wasn’t acting IMO!
Hi everyone … Ray Liotta
Oooh, that’s a good one! Does anyone remember when he was Joey Perini on Another World? Am I dating myself?
LMFAO! I forgot about him. He’s handsome, but his face looks like he wipes it with a cheese grater.
I’m sure it made his skin worse. How mean of his friends! Dude was GULLIBLE big time!
Edward James olmos
I like the Ray Liotta guess.
What men have done a Proactive commercial campaign? “Wow! This stuff reallllly works!”
;p
I haven’t posted in a long time, but I gotta say….. that this “guy” is dumber than sand
Butterfingers are for munchies and I hope you found the “facial cleanser” isle at Target – because you are a vacuous da
Leonardo DiCaprio?
The blind isn’t written clearly (I’m sure on purpose). I first read it like most everyone else – an actor who was A-list in the 90s – implying that he’s no longer A-list, therefore, not Brad Pitt since Brad is most definitely A.
But, you can also read it as – in the 90s a specialist once told this A list actor… It’s obviously a clunkier sentence structure but still makes sense.
I guess Brad
Butterfinger and buttermilk mixed together actually sounds like it might taste delicious.
that’s what i thot. put it in a blender, add some vodka….and you just might have the perfect recipe for diarrhea the next day. lol
James Woods or Tommy Lee Jones.
I’m torn between Pitt and Liotta. I can’t imagine Woods or Jones falling for this, but who knows? Yeah, I guess I’ll go with Bradders.
i think it’s leo dicaprio. he was kind of a goofy kid and would seem silly enough to do this plus he was known to have a lot of acne and apparently has craters on his face now coz of it.
Kevin Bacon has pockmarks to this day – he certainly had them in the 90s (it says acne “scars”, not acne, per se). My money’s on him.
