I was thinking the exact same thing. I think he was on CSI Miami and I’m pretty sure the whole cheating thing happened in 2009. The only other actor I can think of with a cheating scandal that year was Josh Duhamel.
One more thing about Eddie Cibrian. He appeared on the CSI Miami, including an episode in Season 8 titled “BONE VOYAGE”.
