I didn’t even finish reading it before i said piven, he better pay before they summons his butt to court. what he did made no sense.lol

yea it is and you don’t want your license to get suspended.
The fines are for the registered owner of the car so if you lend your car to someone and they get a ticket, it’s still your ticket b/c it’s goes with the license plate.

I know here in NYC, only moving violations are tied to a driver’s license. Parking tickets are tied to the car.

I seem to recall Johnny Depp, years ago, parked wherever he felt was convenient for him in the city and just paid the parking fines. So it’s not unheard of. (and if a celeb loses his license, he/she can always hire a driver, that lucky, lucky celebrity can!)
Reminds me of the Entourage episode where Lloyd leaves Ari’s car in the middle of traffic on La Cienega or something. Art imitating life or vice-versa. Either way, Piven!
