BuzzFoto – This television A-lister keeps bringing his daughter with him to the set of his latest show because he doesn’t believe in nannies. The crew and some cast are super irritated because she keeps ruining takes and slows things down. Apparently she’s a little bit of a hellion and has broken some equipment. We’d be mad too we guess, but you can’t blame the guy for trying to be a good dad. He claims he is only bringing her to spend time with her between takes.

Charlie Sheen, I’d have to say probably doesn’t even remember all of his children’s names much less take them onto the set. BTW, he has an adult daughter, a grandchild, and four younger children.

Sheen has two daughters by Denise Richards and also the Brooke Mueller twins so I don’t think it is him. Can’t you have a nanny to watch the kid and ALSO spend time with her during takes. Being a good dad is one thing, being a considerate, sensible actor slash CO-WORKER to an entire crew and a budget and time schedule is quite another.
He probably can’t KEEP a nanny if the girl is that bad. Sounds like spin to me.

bradley whitford is recently divorced and has three daughters, the youngest is around 8 yrs old. I would say he is considered an a-lister for television, having won an emmy for the west wing. the phrasing “on his latest show” would seem to imply that he is on a new show, or new to a show. Whitford is currently starring on Fox’s new show The Good Guys … thus “you can’t blame the GUY for trying to be a GOOD dad.”

thanks. and I forgot to add that after his wife’s show ended (she played the mom on Malcolm in the Middle) she gave an interview talking about how they fired their nanny because they didn’t want someone else raising their children (but I misspoke earlier, they don’t have all girls, the middle child is a boy.)

Not bad guesswork, but I don’t think it’s him – not just because i refuse to believe anything bad about him, but also because it doesn’t make sense that his youngest daughter (and only his youngest) would be in Texas with him when the kids and their mom live in LA.

Well, on behalf of your co-workers, I beg you to refrain from doing the same with your on kids! Nobody wants to deal with someone else’s young kids, when they’re trying to get their jobs done.
I think this actor does not believe in PAYING a nanny. Obviously somebody is minding the kid while the actor shoots and I’m pretty sure that person didn’t ask for another unpaid responsibility. And really, how healthy can it be for the child to spend so much time near her father, but denied his full attention? No wonder she acts up; she wants daddy’s attention! She’d be better off away from all the distractions, in a trailer with a nanny or at home.
