He won an Oscar for the original “Wall Street”, and she was nominated for a GG for “An Education.” He has been married to CZJ for a while, and there is a well-known infidelity clause in their pre-nup – my guess is that it is very specific as to what constitutes “cheating” and this is Mikey’s way around it.

I’m also going to say Tom Hanks. In 1985, he was in the movie “The Man With One Red Shoe”, which would match the photo. He co-starred in “Bosom Buddies”, where he dressed up as a woman. And just got through filming “Larry Crowne” with Julia Roberts.
Is there any reason CDAN describes the couple using ‘was’, as in ‘he was an Oscar winner/nominee’ and ‘she was a Golden Globe winner/nominee’? If there still alive shouldn’t is be ‘is’?
