BuzzFoto – This Blind comes to us from a former child star who is having trouble now making it in the real world. He says he was done a disservice by his on-set tutor from his days on this famous network 80′s sitcom. This tutor is still very in demand and can be found on the sets of Oscar award winning films and Disney has the tutor on speed dial. The tutor is notorious for keeping the kids happy and refreshed when they come back to film. Our washed-up star says the reason for that is that the tutor does all the work while the star takes a nap or plays video games. No wonder most washed up stars have trouble balancing their check books. 395

Brian Bonsall (Andy from Family Ties). I thought of Dustin Diamond too but he is actually supposedly smart and probably didn’t need to have his work done, nor would I call SBTB a network sitcom. It was Saturday morning tv.
Sorry, Ralphie- I obviously disagree. NBC originated and revived SBTB. That’s Network. And Diamond “is actually supposedly smart”… according to the train wreck himself.
I don’t disagree that it’s network. In fact it started in prime time as Good Morning Miss Bliss, but I just get the distinction if it were him, it wouldn’t have been referred to as a network sitcom. SBTB and those other shows (ie California Dreams, City Guys, Hang Time) were childrens shows!
SBTB was on from 1989-1993, so I don’t think they would call it an “80′s sitcom.”

Scott Wolf is currently on “V.” I would guess it was Brian Bonsall from “Family Ties” or maybe that kid on “Small Wonder.” Not the robot, the son.
He was just Hot Slut of the Day on DListed. Name was Jerry something and I think it said he’s in computer programming or such. Loved Small Wonder!!

I don’t have a guess this time, but I just want to say that, while I definitely don’t condone this so called tutor’s behaviour, I’m at least glad he did this and didn’t supply the kids with drugs. Seems there are too many ways for child stars and starlets to get their hands on the bad stuff anyways.

this could literally be any child star. Hollywood sucks in adults so imagine kids. the parents are “taking meetings” with fat “producers” while the kids get hammered on set and play video games? do they even give pretense to getting degrees? what a horror.
