BlindGossip – More than one member of the cast of this reality show is being accused of forging signatures to get what they want. Cast Member A had to pull their kid/s off the show when their ex-spouse went ballistic after seeing their child/ren on the show. There were accusations of forged signatures on performance contracts, but the ex quieted down as soon as the child was taken off the show, so it doesn’t look like this is going to escalate to the custody battle that had been threatened.
Cast Member B, on the other hand, may have to prepare themselves for a lengthy legal battle. There are some juicy rumors going around that they are going to be sued for forging signatures on a legal document to obtain more than a million dollars of cash to finance a lavish lifestyle.

Cast Member A: Dina Manzo
She forged her husband’s name on the document that allowed their minor daughter, Lexy, to appear on the show. She first took her daughter off the show to appease her husband. She then took herself off the show when rumors starting surfacing about her beardy marriage.
Cast Member B: Teresa Giudice
Along with her husband, Juicy Joe Giudice, she was involved in a scheme to forge the signature of Joe’s former business partener (Joe Mastropole) to pocket $1 million.

Spendaholic “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice testified today that she had no idea her husband was declaring bankruptcy, while he admitted that he forged her name behind her back on court papers detailing the couple’s financial woes.
A sullen Giudice — who famously declared she was “too pretty to work” — tried to duck questions about her embarrassing bankruptcy while testifying in a Newark Federal court hearing for a lawsuit against her and her husband.
At one point during her cross examination, she sniped at the judge, “What does my bankruptcy have to do with this?”
Her famous temper was also on full display.
She was spotted arguing outside the courtroom with a woman, who she accused of leaking information.
“You’re violating ethnics!” Giudice, who’s famous for butchering the English language, screamed at the woman, the wife of ex-business partner Joe Mastropole’s lawyer.
Mastropole is suing the Giudices and accusing them of forging his name on mortgage documents in order to pocket $1 million.
Joe Giudice also took the stand this afternoon and admitted forging both his wife’s and former business partner’s name on papers, claiming that it was a routine practice.
“Everybody does it,” he said, adding that he “didn’t think it was a big deal.”
