His people are searching frantically for her so they can get the marriage annulled before his fiance [sic] finds out about it and before he gets married to her.

Even though Russell Brand totally sounds like he would fit this bill, I’ve seen BG call people C list who are wayyy more well-known and respected than him. I don’t know if they would consider him B list.

Well off the top of my head, he was in Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Bedtime Stories with Adam Sandler, plus he’s got other movies in the works. Jim Carrey is definitely NOT a B-list actor.

Two supporting roles in somewhat forgettable movies does not a B-list actor make. Jim Carrey has had starring roles and been opening movies for ages… I wouldn’t put him as B-list either right now, since Yes Man is his only hit in recent memory. But he’s a lot closer to that moniker than Brand.
Russell Brand was in other movies plus he has some new movies in the works. Besides Forgetting Sarah Marshall wasn’t a blockbuster like any of Carrey’s movies, but it was a pretty popular movie here in the big college town that I live in and it grossed over $100 mil. The Jim Carrey answer doesn’t make any sense. He’s been with Jenny McCarthy for ages and they both have already stated that they don’t have plans to marry since they don’t feel they need that piece of paper, plus he is an international megastar, not a B-list actor. We’ll have to agree to disagree on this one.
Yeah, my vote is for Jim Carrey. This seems like something he would do and like something JM would freak out over (like any sane woman actually).
