But drama runs in the family, they should watch this one closely before she goes the way of the Lohan. Because people are talking and these people are accustomed to seeing young girls get f-cked up all the time. She’s going so hardcore though that she’s getting their attention. Rumer Willis was born in 1988 and turned 21 in August, so it’s not her.
The only other thing I would add is the “so promising” stuff just screams Dakota Fanning to me. She was the youngest person to be nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award and she had long been considered a prodigy actor. Maybe “pedigree” here doesn’t refer to family but to her own training/acting/professional upbringing, which she certainly has. I think she’s 15 or 16 and she has some new lesbian kissing scene in a movie coming up with K. Stew. Her parents have been criticized for letting her take adult roles. Anyway, just a gut reaction.
Also, re: Fanning’s pedigree, Wiki says she is: “the daughter of Joy (née Arrington), who played tennis professionally, and Steve Fanning, who played minor league baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals . . . . Her maternal grandfather was former American football player, Rick Arrington, and her aunt is former ESPN reporter Jill Arrington.[3]”
So, Fanning has pedigree, even if it’s not in acting.

The “not Miley” and “not Taylor” lead me to believe that this is an under 18 television actress.
Pedigreed wouldnt imply a first gen actor Id think, like Fanning, Watson, Hayden. It suggests lineage, like Barrymore, Hemingway, etc. though not necessarily going that far back.
Roberts would fit that, but I really thought Julia was more of a presence in her life, even with the twins about. I cant see her letting this go on and if people are talking then its gotta be getting back to her. It might not be her but who else is a second or more generation actor?
Doesn’t Julia live in NM? If so, it would be hard to keep an eye on someone in LA or NY wherever she lives. Eric, her father, has had drug problems in the past so maybe its in the genes.

I really don’t think it’s Emma Roberts because I met her in 2004 (when she was about 14) at an industry function and she was incredibly polite and classy, plus her mom was with her but not hovering over her. I heard she’s got a good head on her shoulders. Not to say it couldn’t be her, but it’s unlikely.

A lot of the guesses are missing the fact that the blind calls this girl a “star”.
Gotta be someone more well known for doing something besides just being related to someone famous (though she has to be that as well because of the pedigree statement).
