It means, to quote the item, “not necessarily from this season”. The woman was/is definitely a contestant on the show. (presuming that the story is legit of course)

British TV blinds really, really suck for us US-types.
Basically a popstar from a “colourful” boyband (I’m guessing British boyband Blue) was caught by another member of the band while having sex (I’m guessing you at least know what from behind means) with a contestant from Strictly Come Dancing. That is the British version of Dancing with the Stars.
Strictly Come Dancing is a name of a TV show!! I translated it to mean something completely different! hahaha Thanks for the clarification Lozza.

it says colourful band mate – doesn’t ncessarily mean the whole band is colourful or the name has anything to do with a colour – I took it as a band member who has a colourful personality. Having said that though, perhaps the band mate’s last name is a colour? Lol.
Well if it is someone from Blue – Lee Ryan is the obvious guess for the man who was interrupted.

She is pretty grim to look at lol

Definitely Lee Ryan. Has Jessie Wallace’s weight gone through phases though, she’s really thin now but wasn’t she just “large” before.
I think one of the Blue guys (except Simon) is a good guess, they’re not very discriminating.
The female is meant to read as Natalie Cassidy, but I’m not convinced it’s her, although it does read like it was a while ago. For once “grim” is a clue and does suggest someone from Eastenders, like Cassidy or Wallace. I doubt it’d be Letitia Dean though. Or Claire Sweeney who was in the ultra-grim Brookside, but she doesn’t seem the type.

The only other British popstar I can think of with a colour in their name is Jason Orange from Take That.

Hum… The popstar is likely someone from Blue – Lee or Anthony is my guess although it could easily be Duncan, but no idea on the girl. I don’t think it’s Natalie Cassidy though (even though the blind appears to be written to imply that it is her) because she’s not really had “many large phases” – she’s only really been skinny once, she made a workout video at the time, other than that she’s been… errm… her current size.
No idea on this one, but if this Jason Orange was in a band, it could be one of his bandmates (Orange being the colorful interrupter).
I enjoy the UK blind items – I don’t know all of the names by any stretch, but I’m an american who has never seen “the Hills”. *shrug*
