CDAN – Apparently this former B list movie actor and now probably a C, although with close to A name recognition has been scrambling because his beard relationship with his C list movie actress could be sinking quickly. The reason? Our actor thought he was on a private beach when he decided to lay out naked with his boyfriend. The next thing he knew, there were groups of tourists from a nearby hotel walking by and he is scared that someone recognized him and took pictures.

Nevermind, I looked and I found. I read rumors of pretty much every good looking actor being gay, but I didn’t know the brothers j were the subject of a series of blind items. That would be hot if it’s true.
Those blinds have been around a while. But I’ve met both the guys, and seen them interact with each other – no, NOT like that
– and they don’t ping my gaydar in the least. So I’d be surprised if it was more than just wishful thinking.

So according to CDAN’s disclaimer, the author could take the mean talk and gossip heard around the world and create a blind item to custom fit all the stupid talk about any celebrity or celebrity couple. So what you think you know isn’t really what you know. Know what I mean.

You must be new to CDAN. He/She published a blind about two yrs ago that alienated and angered many readers.
The blind is known as Timmy/Shimmy. The entertainment lawyer painted him/her self into a corner with that one.
Many then believers spent a huge amt of time researching the clues. It went on for quite a while. The blogger just kept stringing us along as we struggled to find new info.
In the end there was no Timmy/Shimmy.
I tell you, many intelligent and hardworking posters were livid! I confess to being one of them. We felt we had been taken for fools!
So now many of us, ex-visitors think of CDAN as a D- gossip site.

I really don’t see the problem. CDAN is an entertainment site. The disclaimers are clear. Nobody forced people to research Timmy/Shimmy, and I’d say the ’stringing along’ kept people entertained for quite a while!
CDAN is ok, certainly not poisonous like Perez (and the commenters are a much better class). There are posts about charities etc, and in general the tone is kind.
I agree with all you guys…I’m exhausted just from reading it. Ok a “GUESS”, because I haven’t the strength. How about Shemar Moore from Criminal Minds. There was an article in “Extra” almost stating what CDAN said but it was in 2007. He was involved with Lauriane Gillieron, Rules of Engagement. ???

The blind doesnt say when; I remember a few months ago Spadr told C Obrien he’d been on a nude beach on Cape Cod and noticed someone walking toward him and his friends with a camera. Was likely back when he was a B list movie actor but its been a while and though he has A name reconition, he hasnt been burning up the screen. Besides, nobody would wanna see him in the buff nowadays – he stressed to Conan that the water was “COLD”, implying “shrinkage” (but then what guy wouldnt) – between his gut and manboobs, nobody would wanna look long eough to try and find anything else.

Truth IS stranger than fiction, so what you may think is ridiculous and stupid might actually be true. In fact, CDAN reveals several of his BIs on New Year’s Day and July 4th every year. The disclaimer he uses is no different from other gossip sites. It’s to protect the sites’ owners from getting sued by the lawyers of the blind items’ subjects. (It’s the same kind of disclaimer used by authors in fiction books, even though sometimes the writers do base their fictional characters on real friends or foes.)

Over the last weeks and months there have been many many complaints about CDAN, but BG loves and defends them.
Nobody is forcing anybody to read anything they don’t want to. Why not just skip past them? Celebrity blinds are just silly entertainment anyways… nothing to create a giant conspiracy theory about.
