I agree with this guess. The GoGo’s were hard living even though I would argue the “rock” label but I guess people would consider them that.
Also, Jane is pretty open in the sexual sense (S&M, toys), so a little gizz on the knee was probably no biggie.

Joan has not done a reality show and it says “one of the female members”. Joan is the only female member of her band The Blackhearts.
Little rock history lesson here . . . before Joan was a part of The Blackhearts, she helped form the all girl group The Runaways. They toured the world, produced 5 albums, and were together from roughly 1974-79.
However you are correct on one point – she’s not been on reality TV.
To add to that lesson, Lita Ford was in the Runaways with Joan and there is a Runaways movie coming out soon. I doubt Lita will be portrayed in the movie much since she wanted no part of it.
You do understand that Joan is openly lesbian, don’t you? I don’t think she would let some guy jizz on her leg.
Although today she is openly lesbian, she has dated men in the past. Waaaay in the past but they are there. But this blind is obviously not Joan for reasons stated above.
Joan Jett is not openly lesbian, she has never officially come out! She has stated continually that she will never tell and dosen’t feel the need. If you listen to the music you can figure it out for yourself. Most of her songs are about bisexuality, fyi. Rock n Roll, to her, is about fantasy and coming out would exclude one group or another, therefor, she has stated she will not tell.

Joan doesn’t hide the fact that she’s gay, but doesn’t go out of her way to profess it. I’d say she’s openly gay, just not in your face about it. At the same time, I don’t think she’d kill a pathetic guy bawling about his dog for jizzing on her knee.
