Definitely Matthew Knowles. theybf.com did a story on this already (anyone want to google for the link? I’m too lazy, but it was about 2 weeks ago or so). The woman in fact was at the label’s marketing dept. He is more than a stage dad, he’s managed a ton of groups under his Music World ent umbrella and is worth quite a bit of money.
