I know DailyMirror’s BIs are usually about UK celebs, but they call her a “Hollywood starlet” does that mean she is American or could that still be someone from the UK that works in Hollywood? Would they refer to British stars like Keira Knightley, Emily Blunt, Sienna Miller, etc. as Hollywood starlets?
