BlindGossip – Although this actress has always been in good shape, her face was always a little too round for her liking. You may notice that her face looks a little different now, but it’s not because she lost any weight. She had some fat sucked out of the hollows of her cheeks, and something else – perhaps restylane – injected into the high part of the cheek. Compared to the plastic work done on other actresses, this is definitely more on the subtle side. Her face now looks a little longer and leaner, but not in a bad way.

The curls and the smile make me think of Minnie Driver and Debra Messing though I haven’t seen recent pictures of either to be able to compare.
Yes, ughh, Deborah Messing was the first that popped into my mind. Her and Minnie were both on Will & Grace actually. Hmm..
My vote goes to Charlize Theron – her face always seemed a bit round considering how slim she is and in recent pictures she looks noticeably different, in a Nicole Kidman-ish way.
Demi Moore!! Look at movies like st.elmos fire!! she was thin and had a rounder face..and her face is looker more thinner and her cheeks go in. Plus her plastic surgery looks a lot more natural than others.

I’m not sure about this one. Jenna Fischer actually looks a lot different in real life as compared to The Office. Her face is still round, but not as bad as the office makes it look like.

Rumor has been looking really good lately. She might have had some work done. I feel badly for her…she gets ridiculed for her looks but she seems like a sweet girl. I think she will grow up to be like Anjelica Huston or Sigourney Weaver…with a distinguished look.

A popular author wrote his main character as saying there are two kinds of human faces – fox faces and pig faces (!). The round “pig faces” one can associate with boring fat n’ happy domestic moms. (wives!) The lean ‘fox faces” one can associate with clever, untamed, beautiful creatures of the wild. (girlfriends!) Ergo. Better to be thin and untamed than fat and domestic, hence the surgery. JMO.
I think it’s Debra Messing, she would think even more plastic surgery is a good career move.

No guesses of my own, but some of the prior guesses have clearly not always been in great shape like the blind says. Ricci used to have an eating disorder and looked like a hungry twig. Renee Z. has yo-yoed several times for movies, on occasion taking on the hungry twig look and even getting downright frightening. Her face will always be weird. Amanda Bynes has also visited the hungry twig farm in the past, tho she is looking much healthier lately.
Diaz has always been in great shape but doesn’t look any different now than ever. Besides, if she’s going to have cosmetic surgery, she would probably have something done to get rid of her awful acne scars and sun damage. Demi, who is undeniably in great shape, had her major face surgeries years ago and, as a result, wouldn’t be described as her face “always” being more round than she would like. She’s had cheekbones for a long time now.

X17 just posted some pictures of Jennifer Love Hewitt, and her face looks different, cheek bones much more prominent than before.
I am going to guess Megan Fox. I just saw a before and after photo of her (don’t have it to post here though) and her face used to be much, much rounder. I thought she might have been heavier in the before photo but her body looked the same. She is young so maybe it was just baby fat but her face does look much leaner now. In both photos she is beautiful though. Just a guess.

this may be completely out of left field, but i’m watching the bones season premiere and emily deschanel’s face looks slightly thinner…and if you look at pictures of her from before her face was definitely on the round side…it’s a very subtle difference though. she also has red hair like in the picture.

Britney Murphy had work done…cheek implants and a new nose, but not because her face was too round. She had destroyed her bone structure doing too many drugs and it was necessary in order to save her face.
One of the Olsen Trolls (I don’t know which is which) is looking very hollow cheeked lately. They both used to have such round faces.
I know she’s not an actress per se, though she did do 1 or 2 horrible, horrible movies, and I know no one will probably read this now that it’s a month old but I think this is Kim Kardashian. I think she dyed her hair blonde before so that no one would notice the immediate difference in her facial bone structure but her face is definitely not as round as it was before. I thought she looked way too different with her new hair color, but now that it’s back to black, super obvious.
