CDAN – This former B list movie actor with A list name recognition who now goes from tv show to tv show on a fairly regular basis was leaving for work the other day when he ran over his neighbor’s cat with his car and killed it. The neighbor saw the entire incident and screamed. Our actor stopped the car and took a look at what happened and said, “I don’t have time for this right now. I have to get to work. We can talk about it tonight when I get home.” He has yet to talk to the neighbor or say he was sorry.
Rob Lowe
I thought he only killed birds.
Rob Lowe?
Christian Slater,James Woods , David Spade…it could be any idiot!
Whoever it is sucks!
Charlie Sheen?
Rob Lowe is a pretty good guess. He doesn’t really do movies anymore. He went straight from the West Wing to the failed series Lyon’s Den to shortly after that appearing on Brothers and Sisters.
I’m wracking my brain for who else it could be and coming up with nada.
Dylan McDermott?
Ice may be a clue. The only tie-in to Rob Lowe that I can think of is that he didn’t get a role in Titanic that he auditioned for (which is about an iceberg). That’s stretching it. For some reason, I thought he was into hockey, but didn’t see it on IMDB.
He was in Youngblood. That’s about hockey.
Score one for dog lovers everywhere!!!
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Death to the kitties!!!!!!!
What would your comment have been if the neighbor’s pet was a dog? Whether your comment is meant to be sincere, an attempt at sarcasm, or poorly-judged humor, I for one think it is completely DISTASTEFUL & OFFENSIVE!
Distasteful & Offensive—that’s me.
And if someone DID run over my neighbor’s dog, I’d yell for all to hear ’round my block:
“Come ‘n get it!!! Fido is now barbecue at my house, yippeeee!!!!!”
Of course, BYOB.
I’veseenitall’s Fortune: You will soon be eaten by a dog. Enjoy your karma.
If your waiting for another exchange…… your not worth it.
In my disgust, I neglected to proofread…. YOU’RE NOT WORTH IT!
You’re an A**!!!!
Rob Lowe was in Youngblood about hockey!!
I think you’re onto something maisoui!!!
Rob Lowe for the win!
If this blind is true, then the actor, in question is simply despicable! My thoughts go to the neighbor that lost the pet.
What an SOB!!!!!
This shouldn’t be a blind!
What an awful thing to do! This guy needs to be outed so the whole world can know what a heartless piece of trash he is… poor kitty
Sounds like Rob Lowe (B list movie actor with A list name recognition who now goes from tv show to tv show). He lives in one of the wealthiest communities in the United States, that is, in Montecito, which is the suburb of Santa Barbara.
I’ll be honest…when I first read the headline “icing the kitty”, I thought it was a new sex euphanism. My bad.
Me too!!! I just thought it was one I hadn’t heard.
The ‘icing’ remark could relate to hockey but isnt there a mob phrase as well, ‘putting someone on ice’, as in killing them? I cant think of anyone off hand, just tossing out another angle to consider.
alec baldwin
That was exactly my first thought.
He’s not the first actor to knock out some p*y and then head to work.
If I were the neighbour and someone did this to my pet I’d be straight on to the police and then the media. Too easy to get retribution. That being the case, what actor or actress in their right mind would want the huge amount of negative publicity which would come from killing someones pet and acting like such a douche?
The blind sounds ’suspicious’.
In Hollywoodland, no one reports anything to the police. Hollywood is a lot like the airline industry. If you make a bad name for yourself in the airline industry — fired from a job, or talk negatively to the press — no other airlines will hire you. You might as well change professions.
the the risk you run when you have an outside cat. idiot.
What people don’t understand is that in these rich neighborhoods (Beverly Hills, Malibu, Montecito) it is celebrities living next to celebrities. Everyone in the film industry lives next to one another (directors, actors, writers, producers). Even in death they remain eternally tied as neighbours at Forrest Lawn Cemetary. A modified, ghoulish, movie version of ‘Death Becomes Her’.

I agree with the Rob Lowe guess. He fits the “former actor…now goes from tv show to tv show” and the possible hockey reference very well. Also, in his current show (brothers & sisters) his character is married to Kitty Walker, so “Kitty” could be a clue as well.
