wow, lots of clues in this one.
Say it isn’t so Neil! Say it isn’t so!
Sorry just saw “Soap” star…..
wow, this item really is blind….. I can’t even guess who this is!
I’m thinking NPH too, but, wondering who the actor he propositioned is.
was NPH ever a soap star?
Too random for a guess.
there are those two actors on Guiding Light that are a couple. Umm…. give me a minute to do some online research I’ll get names
Have no clue since I don’t watch soaps.
Okay, I figure it’s someone from All My Children. I don’t watch the show and have no idea who this person is, but the actor named “Jeff Branson” has a bit of the “gay face” to me. So, that’s my guess.
I forgot to mention: Who has time to watch those stupid soaps anyway. BG is my “soap” of choice.
Okay the soap is As the World Turns and it’s Luke and Noah. They are a HUGE deal for the GLBT community and the actors names are Van Hansis and Jake Silbermann.
But the clue says “straight actor from another show.” Van and Jake are on the same show. There really are too many possibilities for this BI; there are quite a few soap actors who remained publicly closeted.
besides bg’s title of “soap star” where in this blind does it say these people are on soaps?
This blind also comes from TV Guide in Canada. Perhaps it’s a Canadian soap?
This comes from the very out Nelson Blanco who writes about soaps (mostly American). He is somewhat controversial in that earlier this year he sorta outted Tony Geary (Luke, GH). That being said, Thom Berdz (sp?) from Y&R is out and proud and so is Chris Evans’ brother Scott, who is on OLTL. So maybe one of them?
Scott Evans from ‘All My Children’ he’s Chris Evans brother and gay.
Tuc Watkins anybody?
I would guess Scott Evans – Tuc Watkins is single.
I don’t usually gush about computers. Computers are a tool for me. I’ve been in the computer industry for over twenty years now and seen computers come, seen computers go. But this computer just makes me go all wobbly with wuvvy doveys, uck! It is fast, beautiful, perfect, I stroke it lovingly before putting it into its case to carry it to work in the moment (how ucky!), I have never, ever, had a computer that hit so perfectly that magic median of weight, performance, size, and connectivity. It is small enough to fit on an airline tray (unlike larger Macbooks) yet fast enough to handle even the gnarliest multi-track mixing I’ve thrown at it with Logic Pro, and with its MiniDisplayPort it will easily drive a *huge* monitor. Stroking the gigantic all-one-piece glass trackpad is the closest thing to computer sex you’ll ever have (ooh, he’s getting ucky again!). I’ve bumped mine up to a 640GB drive and 8GB of RAM and use it for everything, whether it is computer music at home, or hard-core Linux development at work (via VMware). If it were possible to give something ten stars, this guy would get ten stars. It is an amazing technological accomplishment, not so much on the pure specs of the little darling, but on the complete package. Buy it, buy it, buy it!
Oh yeah, don’t believe the “7 hour battery” hype. In normal use doing Internet browsing and viewing the occasional YouTube video I get about 4 hours, maybe 5 if I lay off the YouTube. Still, I would not trade this laptop for any other laptop on planet Earth.
