Have you ever watched Mario Battali on Iron Chef America? The man knows how to incorporate culinary influences from all over the world into his cooking. I don’t think this blind is him. I’ll thrown out Rocco DiSpirito’s name for this blind. Maybe he’s planning on opening a new restaurant?
I thought of Rocco right off the bat after seeing the reality show about him opening a restaurant a few years ago. It looked it was a nightmare.
I’d guess Rocco, too. He’s kind of a tool, and not that great of a chef
He was even sued by his partner, Jeffery Chodorow, for not having quality food at their failed restaurant. It was known for having horrible food and horrible service.
