Soooo who ever they are, a skanky pop star and the other is a skanky musician. I like Lilly Allen and Liam G. for this considering they were just reported as flying together and the reports were that they got hammered together and made a lot of ruckus. It was said that they could not be controlled.

I think Lily Allen is a good guess (and likely true). But the male counterpart is definitely not Liam Gallagher. No way. If it was they would allude to him at least cheating, or more likely say something like “equally mouthy muso”, because Liam makes Lily sound positively restrained.
I think it could be a member of her band because the whole focus is on her, not on him, and Lily did say something that when touring there are only dating/shagging opportunities in the band.
