Brad and Jane’s divorce, so far, is not “nasty”, just really sad. She’s asking for physical custody, not full. It’s standard practice. Visitation rights are not forgone, they are agreed to by both parties. Stop spreading nasty rumours about these two. They’re good people.

I guess Nas and Kelis. If she’s dating a SUCCESSFUL businessman, it can “complicate the litigation”… She’s asking Nas a whole lot of money and it could be unnecessary if she’s already with a rich man.
That’s really not true. She would have to marry the guy before that would even become an issue. A judge can’t assume that a rich boyfriend is picking up her bills! I would assume that this is a couple with a custody issue rather than a financial one.
