I’m not sure why so many people think that Shia is too muscular to fit this description — he’s only 5′9″ and in these shirtless photos of him from July (http://bit.ly/RoNcd), he appears toned, but not super buff and in this pic from the set of Wall Street 2 (http://bit.ly/193OXY), he looks tiny. Other clues that this points to Shia:

“shouldering” – Shia has a tattoo on his shoulder
“dripping wet” – Shia is a surfer

I thought Shia too.

Phelps (who is huge… 6′5 and 200 lbs!) hasn’t been in any alcohol-related car accidents lately. Some crazy woman ran a red light and hit *him* like two months ago, but nobody was drunk during it.
